Electric Vehicles Charging (Requirements for Building Works and Electrical Work) Regulations 2023 |

Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations are the Electric Vehicles Charging (Requirements for Building Works and Electrical Work) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 8 December 2023. |

2. In these Regulations —

Prescribed information and documents for submission for approval under section 64(3) of Act |
3. For the purposes of section 64(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed information and documents, in respect of a development where building works are carried out, are all of the following endorsed by a qualified person appointed by the developer of the development:

Prescribed information and documents to demonstrate completion of works under section 64(5) of Act |
4. For the purposes of section 64(5)(a) of the Act, the prescribed information and documents, for the purpose of demonstrating that the works covered by the proposals and plans approved under section 64(3) of the Act in respect of a development have been completed, are all of the following endorsed by a qualified person appointed by the developer of the development:

Prescribed information and documents to demonstrate installation of electrical infrastructure, etc., under section 65(3) of Act |
5. For the purposes of section 65(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed information and documents, for the purpose of demonstrating that the electrical infrastructure and charging points in respect of a development have been installed, are all of the following endorsed by a qualified person appointed by the owner of the development:

6. Any submission to the LTA under section 64(3) or (5) or 65(3) of the Act must be in the form and manner required by the LTA. |
