Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) (Revocation) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) (Revocation) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 15th September 2002.

Revocation

2. The Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
