In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Bianka Panova International Cup 2023 — Exemption) Order 2023.

Exemption

2. Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of the following flags at the Singapore Sports Hub OCBC Arena Hall 1 from 20 December 2023 to 22 December 2023 (both dates inclusive):

(a)	the national flag of Australia;
(b)	the national flag of Austria;
(c)	the national flag of Bulgaria;
(d)	the national flag of India;
(e)	the national flag of Indonesia;
(f)	the national flag of Japan;
(g)	the national flag of Malaysia;
(h)	the national flag of New Zealand;
(i)	the national flag of the People’s Republic of China;
(j)	the national flag of the Philippines;
(k)	the national flag of Vietnam;
(l)	the Chinese Taipei (Olympic) flag.
