(Chapter 106)
Fees (Ministry of Community Development and Sports) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Community Development and Sports) Order 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2003.
Fee
2.  There shall be payable to the Ministry of Community Development and Sports a fee of $250 in relation to every appointment of the Director of Social Welfare as guardian ad litem in adoption proceedings in the High Court or in a District Court.
Revocation
3.  The Fees (Attorney-General’s Chambers) Order (O 49) is revoked.

Made this 26th day of May 2004.
