Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Variation of Rent for Hawker Stalls) Notification.
Definitions
2.  In this Notification —
“agreement” includes any tenancy agreement or licence agreement entered into between the Board and any tenant or licensee;
“stall” means a stall in a market or hawker centre.
Rent payable
3.  Notwithstanding anything in any existing agreement, the rent (inclusive of goods and services tax) payable for a stall managed by the Board shall be the amount determined in accordance with the rates set out in the Schedule.
Acceptance of rent without prejudice to any right of action or remedy
4.  The acceptance of any rent for a stall leased or licensed by the Board shall be without prejudice to any right of action or other remedy of the Board in respect of any antecedent breach by the tenant or licensee under any agreement with the Board.
