| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 21 August 2015. |
| Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme |
| 2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme. |
