| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 16th September 2010. |
| Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme |
| 2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme. |
