Human Organ Transplant Act
(Chapter 131A)
Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.
Declaration of hospitals
2.  The Minister hereby declares the following hospitals to be hospitals for the purposes of the Act other than Part 4A:
(a)Parkway East Hospital;

(b)Gleneagles Hospital;
(c)Mount Alvernia Hospital;
(d)Mount Elizabeth Hospital;
(e)Raffles Hospital; and
(f)Thomson Medical Centre.
