| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospital) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 7th October 2010. |

| 2. The Minister hereby declares Khoo Teck Puat Hospital to be a hospital for the purposes of the Act other than Part IVA. |
