1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Special Entry and Clearance Arrangements) Regulations. |
Evidence of identity and Singapore citizenship |
2. For the purposes of section 5A(1)(a) of the Act, the other evidence of identity that must be provided by a citizen of Singapore to an immigration officer, on his arriving in or leaving Singapore, at an authorised airport, authorised landing place, authorised train checkpoint, authorised point of entry, authorised departing place or authorised point of departure, as the case may be, shall be all or any of the following:

4.—(1) The requirements of a passport or travel document under section 5A(1)(b)(i) of the Act shall not apply to the following non-citizens arriving in Singapore (by air, sea or land) from a place outside Singapore, or leaving Singapore (by air, sea or land) to a place outside Singapore:

5. The requirement to present evidence of a Singapore visa under section 5A(1)(b)(ii) of the Act shall not apply to any non-citizen arriving in Singapore (by air, sea or land) from a place outside Singapore who —
