Immigration Act
(CHAPTER 133)
Immigration Depot
It is hereby notified for general information that, in accordance with the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2 of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration has designated Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore, 61 Marina Coastal Drive, Singapore 018947 to be an Immigration Depot for the examination, inspection and detention of persons under the Act, with effect from 26th May 2012.
