Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 10th April 2002.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby deputes the Minister of State, Ministry of National Development, to exercise the powers of the Minister under —

(a)	section 65C (2), (3) and (5A) of the Housing and Development Act (Cap. 129); and
(b)	rules 16A(3) and 26A(1) of the Housing and Development (Polling for Upgrading Works) Rules (Cap. 129, R 7).
