Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Education) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Education, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Education) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 4th January 2006.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for Education hereby deputes the Permanent Secretaries, Ministry of Education, to exercise the powers of the Minister under rules 5 (3), 6(2) and 7(1) of the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Fund) Rules (Cap. 87B, R 1).

Made this 1st day of January 2006.
