Interpretation (Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of Law) (No. 3)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) (No. 3) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 17th October 2011.
Delegation of powers
2.  The Minister for Law hereby deputes the persons set out in the first column of the Schedule to exercise the powers of the Minister, under the provisions set out in the second column of the Schedule, in respect of the corresponding matters specified in the second column of the Schedule.
Amendment of Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) Notification
3.  The Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) Notification (N 10) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “2(1) (definition of “Collector”),” in paragraph (d) in the second column of item 2; and
(b)by deleting paragraphs (e), (k), (n) and (q) in the second column of item 2.
Cancellation
4.  The Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 640/2004) is cancelled.
