Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of Finance)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 12 December 2014.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for Finance hereby deputes the persons set out in the first column of the Schedule to exercise, in the circumstances specified in that Schedule and for the amounts set out in the second column in respect of the persons set out in the first column, the powers of the Minister under section 19 of the Financial Procedure Act (Cap. 109).

Cancellation

3. The Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (No. 2) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 536/2005) is cancelled.
