Certificate of measles infection and notification
20.—(1)  If any medical practitioner is of the opinion that any child has an attack of measles, he shall forthwith issue to the parent or guardian of the child a certificate in the form set out in the Fifth Schedule.
(2)  Any medical practitioner who issues a certificate of measles infection under paragraph (1) shall, within 3 days thereof, notify the Commissioner of Public Health in the form set out in the First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 394/2001).
