Stay-home notices
4.—(1)  An individual commits an offence if the individual —
(a)has, within 14 days before the start of the control period, been given a stay-home notice by a specified person; and
(b)at any time on or after 27 March 2020 but during the period specified in the notice that lies within the control period, without reasonable excuse, leaves the place of accommodation specified in the notice.
(2)  An individual who is guilty of an offence under paragraph (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

(3)  In this regulation, “stay-home notice” means a notice that requires the individual to whom the notice is given to stay at and not leave the place of accommodation specified in the notice for the period specified in the notice.
