International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre) Order

1. This Order may be cited as the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre) Order.

2.—(1) The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre is declared to be an organisation of which the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the governments of foreign sovereign Powers are members.

(2) The Centre shall have the immunities and privileges set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part I of the Schedule to the Act and shall also have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
