(Further Extension of Prescribed Periods
for Parts 5A and 10A)
Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72B(3) and 250B(3) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Further Extension of Prescribed Periods for Parts 5A and 10A) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 29 July 2022.
Further extension of prescribed period for Part 5A of Act
2.  The prescribed period for the purposes of Part 5A of the Act is further extended for 18 months starting on 29 July 2022.
Further extension of prescribed period for Part 10A of Act
3.  The prescribed period for the purposes of Part 10A of the Act is further extended for 18 months starting on 29 July 2022.
