Approved Centre
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(1) of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has declared, with effect from 1st March 1994, Level 4, Block D of the Changi Women’s Prison/Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Tanah Merah Besar Road, Singapore 498834, to be an approved centre for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication.
