| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) Order 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd April 2009. |

| 2. Cathay United Bank is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act. |
