Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) Order 1997.

Approved bank

2. Banca di Roma, Societa’ per Azioni is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act, with effect from 14th July 1997.
