Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income)
(No. 2) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(8) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 2) Order 2000.

Exemption

2. SembSITA Pacific Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign income comprising dividends and interest received in Singapore by the company from approved investments in a country outside Singapore, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 23rd June 2000 addressed to the company.
