Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(10) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) Order 1999.

Exemption

2. Cerebos Pacific Limited is hereby granted exemption from tax on the income received in Singapore by the company from its wholly-owned New Zealand subsidiary, Cerebos Pacific Holdings (NZ) Limited, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 5th October 1999 addressed to the company.
