Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 2) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(12) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 2) Order 2005.

Exemption

2. Antara Koh Private Limited is hereby granted exemption from tax on the contract payments received in Singapore by the company from India and China, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 21st April 2005 addressed to the company.
