PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards) Regulations.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

“application” means an application made to a Board under Part VA or VI of the Act, and includes an appeal to the Board under section 107 of the Act against a decision of the Commissioner;

“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Boards appointed by the Minister under section 92(1) of the Act.

Forms

3.—(1) The forms mentioned in these Regulations are those set out in the First Schedule.

(2) The forms shall be used in all cases in which they are applicable and may be modified as directed by the President to meet other cases.
