29.—(1) There may be constituted an Assessment Board for the purpose of making recommendations to the Minister on the awards of compensation to be made to members or their dependants in respect of death or personal injury arising out of or in the execution of the duty of a member and which is attributable solely to the discharge of his duty.
(2) The Assessment Board shall consist of —
(a)
a representative from the Ministry of Education;
(b)
a representative from the Ministry of Defence;
(c)
a representative from the Ministry of Finance;
(d)
a representative from the Ministry of Health; and
(e)
two other members,
all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.
(3) The Minister shall appoint one of the members of the Assessment Board to be the chairman.
