| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the National Registry of Diseases (Specified Entity for Chronic Kidney Failure) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2011. |

| 2. The National Registry of Diseases Office of the Health Promotion Board established under the Health Promotion Board Act (Cap. 122B) is declared to be a specified entity for the collection of information relating to chronic kidney failure for the purposes of section 24 of the Act. |
