Declaration of Changi Women’s Prison
As Reformative Training Centre
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(d) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares Changi Women’s Prison, 10 Tanah Merah Besar, Singapore 498834, to be a reformative training centre for the purposes of the Act for the detention of female persons sentenced to reformative training, with effect from 31st May 2002.
