| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Hazardous Substances) (Revocation) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1999. |

| 2. The Poisons (Hazardous Substances) Rules (R 2) are revoked. |
