Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 10th January 2007.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 4112 MK 5 at 160 Jurong East Avenue 1 and Jurong East Street 24 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Bukit Timah Seu Teck Sean Tong to the competent authority on 3rd July 2006.
