Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 4) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 8th May 2014.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lots 09253W pt and 09256T of MK 24 at 1 Sallim Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said lands which are the subjects of the application for written permission submitted by The Mother Superior of the Daughters of Charity of the Canossian Institute (Singapore) to the competent authority on 27th November 2013.
