Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 8 May 2020.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 1459V and 1460M of TS 18 at 125 Moulmein Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Kuang Chee Tng Buddhist Association, Singapore to the competent authority on 18 December 2019.
