Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 3rd June 2014.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 02309X of MK 27 at No. 351 Chai Chee Street from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by SATA CommHealth to the competent authority on 13th February 2014.
