| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 2nd November 2012. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 7209N of MK 22 at 130 Hougang Avenue 1 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Society for the Aged Sick to the competent authority on 22nd July 2010. |
