| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 4) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 29 September 2015. |

| 2. The Minister exempts Lot 02587A PT of MK 6 at 921 Jurong West Street 24 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Titular Roman Catholic Archbishop of Singapore to the competent authority on 29 May 2015. |
