Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 22 January 2020.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 00969N of MK 20 at 407 Jalan Kayu from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore to the competent authority on 11 February 2019.
