(Composition of Offences)
Rules 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Composition of Offences) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 October 2018.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the competent authority in accordance with section 57 of the Act:
(a)an offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 12(1) or (2), read with section 12(4), of the Act;
(b)an offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 15(3A), read with section 15(3B), of the Act;
(c)an offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 30(1), read with section 30(3), of the Act.
