Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 4) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 8th November 2013.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 02393 MK 28 at 155 Bedok North Avenue 1 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura to the competent authority on 14th August 2013.
