Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st March 2007.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 05898A MK27 at 300 Bedok North Avenue 3 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Bethesda (Bedok - Tampines) Church to the competent authority on 8th February 2007.
