Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 7 February 2020.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 10083V of MK 17 at 273, 275 and 277 Braddell Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura to the competent authority on 5 April 2019.
