Passports Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Passports Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Passports Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2007.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

“care-giver”, “Director‑General”, “protector” and “voluntary care agreement” have the meanings given by section 2(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act (Cap. 38);

“child” means a person who is below 16 years of age;
