| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Political Donations (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences under sections 20 (4), 22(1) and (2), 24(a) and (b) and 29(5) may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 27 of the Act. [G.N.No. S 780/2001] |
