3.—(1) Without prejudice to the Act, where a person intends to make a claim, an objection or an application, he may do so using the electronic system provided by the Government for that purpose.
(2) Any such claim, objection or application made using the electronic system provided by the Government for that purpose shall —
(a)
be made in accordance with such directions as may be specified —
(i)
in the appropriate form for a claim or an objection or application, as the case may be; or
(ii)
by the electronic system;
(b)
be made within such time as may be delimited by the Act for a claim or an objection or application;
(c)
be accompanied by the payment of such fee as may be prescribed by or under the Act for a claim or an objection or application, as the case may be; and
(d)
be regarded to have been made only when received at the office of the Registration Officer in Singapore.
