(1) Public entertainment in any hotel, cabaret, nightclub, lounge, discotheque, restaurant, cafe, snack bar, bar or pub
 
Security of —
 
 
(a) where the occupant load is 200 persons or less, not more than $10,000; or
 
 
(b) where the occupant load is more than 200 persons, not more than $25,000
(2) Plays, operas, pantomimes, variety acts, or performances of music singing or dancing (other than that referred to in item (1))
 
Security of not more than $10,000 per troupe or group
(3) Amusement centres, amusement parks, billiard saloons or computer games centres
 
Security of not more than $20,000 per licence.
(4) Lectures, talks, addresses, debates or discussions
 
Security of not less than $1,000 but not more than $5,000 per licence.

In this Schedule, “occupant load” means the occupant load approved by the Fire Safety Bureau, Singapore Civil Defence Force, or, if unavailable, the seating capacity.
