Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Licensing Officer in accordance with section 21(1) of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 19 (1) (a), (b) or (c) of the Act;
(b)an offence under section 19(1)(d) of the Act read with section 12 thereof; and
(c)an offence under section 19(1)(d) of the Act read with rule 4 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Rules (R 1).
