Public Entertainments (Specified Establishments) Rules 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Specified Establishments) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 1 April 2015.

Prescribed liquor licences for specified establishments
2.  For the purpose of paragraph (a) of the definition of “specified establishment” in section 2(1) of the Act, the following are the liquor licences prescribed:
(a)a Class 1A liquor licence;
(b)a Class 1B liquor licence.
