Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A(1) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 July 2016.

Exemption
2.—(1)  Any arts entertainment organised by any of the following persons is exempt from section 3 of the Act:
(a)National Gallery Singapore;
(b)Singapore Art Museum;
(c)Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre;

(d)DesignSingapore Council.

(2)  Sub‑paragraph (1) does not apply to an arts entertainment provided —
(a)in combination with any other public entertainment which is not an arts entertainment; or
(b)in a specified establishment.
