| Public Entertainments (Arts Entertainment) Rules 2022 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Public Entertainments (Arts Entertainment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 6 May 2022. |
| Definition |
| 2. In these Rules, “licence” means a licence issued or renewed, or to be issued or renewed, under the Act by the Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer. |
| Application for licence, etc. |
| Licence not transferable |
| 4. A licensee must not transfer or lend the licensee’s licence to any other person. |
| Licence fee |
| 5. The fee payable for the issue or renewal of a licence is a sum calculated at the rate specified in the Schedule. |
| Fee for classification of content of arts entertainment |
6.—(1) The fee payable to the Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer under section 17(1)(c) of the Act for the classification of the content of an arts entertainment is $30.

| Waiver of fees |
7.—(1) The Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer may waive the payment of any fee specified in these Rules.

| Refund of fee |
| 8. No refund may be made in respect of any fee paid under these Rules, except where the Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer considers appropriate. |
| Revocation |
| 9. The Public Entertainments and Meetings (Arts Entertainment) Rules (R 4) are revoked. |
