Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Director in accordance with section 20(1) of the Act:
(a)any offence under section 5, 7, 12 or 14(1) or (2) of the Act;
(b)any offence under regulation 60 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1) in connection with any contravention or failure to comply with regulation 7, 8, 9, 10(1) or (3), 11, 12, 15(1), 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 43, 48, 50, 51, 52(1) or (2), 53 or 54 of those Regulations; and
(c)any offence under regulation 13 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Publicity) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 281/2004).
